Fresh Organic Milk

Here at Woodhorn Farm, our 250 strong head of dairy cows produce an average of 5,500 litres of fresh, organic milk every day. Whilst the majority of the milk we produce goes to our dairy partner, Omsco, in 2023 we took the decision to start selling some milk direct to the public via innovative milk vending machines.

Under the Woodhorn Farm brand, our first site at Oving, West Sussex, is just minutes from the farm so the milk is about as fresh as it gets. Our milk is pasteurised but not homogenised and can be purchased in 500ml and 1 litre reusable Woodhorn Farm glass bottles. But as well as giving the public direct access to delicious fresh milk with virtually no food miles incurred, the vending machines also allow you to bring your own container, further helping to cut down on waste to landfill and single use plastics.

Alongside our fresh milk vending machines, you can also buy fresh coffee (with the option of Woodhorn Farm milk, obviously!) and flavoured milk with a regularly changing range of flavours – making it an ideal treat for the entire family.

The Cow Shed at Oving is our first site and we have plans to add many more in the local area. We also plan to sell our milk to cafes and restaurants locally in due course – specifically those that want to support local businesses and understand the true prevenance of the food and drink they serve.
